This feels like the game "normality". Visuals remind me of it quite a bit.

Not bad at all.

Although secret walkthrough would be nice. :V

The game can be frustrating for sure but that's part of reaching the final conclusion, and a walkthrough would maybe undermine that a little.

There are a lot of informative let's plays that you can watch on YouTube though, so just get in there. If that TV isn't on 24 hours a day, I'm coming in after you.

Buh, but i wanted to go to a furniture destruction factory, i was promised a job there! Ah rats. at least i have a can of *FOOD* somewhere around here.

This game is fantastic. You will inspire many. GameMaker studio as well. Its mind blowing. You guys deserve all the support you can get. Please to anyone. If you have $1 to spend. Do it on this game!

Thanks a lot Miles. It makes us really happy to hear that you enjoyed the game so much.

Your welcome. I imagine that you bring inspiration to so many in the future!

As a game creator myself i mainly use GameMaker studio and i'm currently studying 3D.

Its amazing how 3D from GameMaker was used in this game. I would just like to say. Congatualtions good sir and i wish you the best of luck in your game development future!

Working PC for work, is Possible?

Errand is boring :(

Sorry that you found the game boring. I don't think we're going to expand the gameplay much right now, so if you want a refund you can e-mail us at support AT astrojone DOT com. Again, sorry that you didn't like it.

Linux port? Plz

We had some issues porting the game to other platforms, but we might do it later. Sorry that we can't bring it to Linux right now, but feel free to sign up for the newsletter at the bottom of http://astrojone.com and we'll send out an update if we can manage to port it.

some of the stuff is very well hidden! i've managed to find four endings so far.

That's pretty impressive. Hope you got a kick out of them. :-)

How did you make a 3d box art model at the end of the trailer. Nice game by the way. I think I'll invest time in this over the weekend!

The 3D models were made by Jani Saarelainen using Blender. It's free to use, so give it a try.

Nice, thank you.

Are the recommended system specifications a joke?

(+1)(-1)

No. They are the minimum specs.

It's great fun! But I didn't found any other endings. Is there really a screwdriver hidden somewhere? May somebody give some hints?

The game has five endings, including the main one. We don't want to spoil it, but you'll be able to find some (or all) of the key items by exploring every nook and cranny.

I'll have a look. Thanks!

Spoil, please! I've looked everywhere...

All of the objects you seek are on the floor in different rooms, usually strategically placed behind other objects. Hope that helps!

Does it matter what day I'm on?

Kind of. You can trigger most endings on any regular work day, except for two obscure ones, one of which can only be triggered on the first day and the other has to be done repeatedly until you get the ending. I'd say that if you carefully scour the floors in every single room on a regular work day you'll be able to unlock most of the endings.

Really Good looking game, will the music/soundtrack ever be available?

Glad you liked it. The soundtrack is coming soon!

I'm curious: why does the game come with a 40MB+ Help.exe file? AVG detected as a thread, btw.

It's just a Windows 95 gag along with the other Windows 95-esque goodies surrounding this game. Sorry if this has been an issue.

Would you mind e-mailing the AVG warning to support AT astrojone DOT com? We'd really appreciate it.

Got it!
It could be a .hlp file :)

No worries, the game is really cool (spent some good minutes looking at the office window =P) and the BGM sets the correct mood!
I just wish it could save my progress, because I had to stop playing it and when I came back, had to start all over again.

Keep the great work up!

Thanks for the kind words. We're not sure whether we might implement saving due to how the game ends, but we might consider it for future updates. Glad you liked the game.

What Coding Language did you use and/or what engine?

The game was made in Game Maker: Studio. GZ from GZ Storm programmed it.

Ok. Thank you for replying.

This game is super fun. I made a video of it here: https://youtu.be/o-9nMZCZFfw

Thanks for the kind words. Awesome video too. Nice job!

this game literally refuses to work and be terminated in task manager when it doesn't work.

We're really sorry to hear that. Can you e-mail support AT astrojone DOT com so we can help you?

Ran into a weird bug where the game would only show a white screen unless I lowered the resolution but loved it otherwise. Great work!

Glad that you liked it, and sorry about the bug. If you'd like some help troubleshooting, feel free to e-mail us your specs at support AT astrojone DOT com.
